Jaya plays beta Abhishek's sutradhar

Drona is one of the highly anticipated movies of the year. We will see Abhishek Bachchan in the pivotal role. Its promo has already hit the marquee and creating much hype. Apart from Abhishek’s kingly getup and eye-catching visuals another added attraction of the flick is the voice that precedes you to the exotic world of Drona played by Abhishek Bachchan. Yes, the voice is of Jaya Bachchan.
The director of the film, Goldie Behl explains, "Yes the voice does surprise but that was the intension. The world of Drona is made of certain elements and we wanted to unveil each one of them, one by one....And Jaya aunty does it beautifully."
Amitabh Bachchan has given his voiceover for many films but it’s a rare experience for Jaya Bachchan who for the first time is giving her voiceover for her son’s flick. After Bas Itna Sa Khwab Hai, Drona will be Goldie's second film with best friend Abhishek.
