JAYA BACHCHAN NOT TO PROMOTE DRONA - After her off the cuff remark about speaking in Hindi caused a nationwide stir, Jaya Bachchan has gone into a shell, the Mumbai Mirror tabloid reported. Quoting sources, the paper said Jaya was “emotionally upset” with the reaction her comment caused and was not keen on participating in any promotional activities for her forthcoming film “Drona”, which stars son Abhishek and is set for release in October.
"CARRY ON" IN BOLLYWOOD - The Carry On series of British films are probably the epitome of comedies for those who grew up in the seventies and eighties. And now an Indian production company is all set to produce Bollywood versions of the same. The first film, called "Carry on Pandu", stars Ranvir Shorey and Anupam Kher, the Mumbai Mirror tabloid reported.
