There will be one bundle of joy- not two- for Bollywood superstars Aishwarya Rai and husband Abhishek Bachchan. Reports of twins for the married couple have been circulating. Rai's father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan was told on a game show he hosts that his daughter-in-law would have twins.
An anonymous source described as being close to the Bachchan family was quoted. "It's a very private affair," the alleged source said, the Web site BollywoodMantra.com reported. "The entire family is very happy and excited about the kid. And yes the doctors have confirmed that it's twins for Ash and Abhi."
But Rai's husband put the twin rumor to rest via Twitter. "No, it's not," he tweeted when a fan asked whether the news was true. Rai recently had her godh bharai, or baby shower. Popularly known as Ash-Abhi, the two Bollywood megastars have been married since 2007. This will be their first child.
